Targeting a specific person’s needs on a one-to-one basis. This will include an initial consultation to identify the needs of the individual and set goals, in order for them to be achieved. I specialise in helping to improve physical activity, balance and stability for people who are over 60 and have medical conditions.

I am an OTAGO programme Leader and Postural Stability Instructor, qualifying me to help improve people’s strength and balance.

Increased motivation and fitness prior to the operations helped me get over hip replacements quicker.
